It is a great dish to create, especially early on in the game if you want to have some easy recipes on hand. All you need for this recipe is a Hylian Tomato and a Hyrule Herb. (The more of these ingredients you add, the more benefits the dish has.)
Hylian Tomatoes
Hylain Tomatoes can be found in different general stores across Hyrule. The easiest one to find is the Hateno Village General Store. This store will sell Link 3 Hylian Tomatoes at a time for 16 Rupees each.
If you need more, you can go rest at the local inn for 24 hours. After that, the store will replenish. You can also find these plants growing in the Necluda region of Hyrule. They are pretty common in the region.
After you complete the quest "Uma's Garden," you can grow Hylian Tomatoes in Hateno Village. These Hylian Tomatoes take 2 in-game days to grow. The growth speed cannot be increased by resting in an inn or waiting by a fire.
Hyrule Herbs
The Hyrule Herb is the most common herb in Hyrule. It can be found growing all over the place in the kingdom. Hyrule Field and Hyrule Ridge are the areas that they are found most commonly in. They are useful for all types of recipes.
