The Kingdom of Hyrule is a vast plain with a big, bright, wide-open sky for Link to sail around in his paraglider. For Tears Of The Kingdom, you'll get the chance to give that paraglider a dye job to give it that extra personal touch.
There are quite a few steps to getting the dye job done. It'll be a piece of cake once you've got it down but be prepared for a long trek to one of the corners of the Kingdom. Here's how to obtain your own paraglider and really make it your own.

How To Obtain The Paraglider
It's worth the quick reminder of just how you obtain the paraglider, as not only will you need it to customize it in the first place, but attempting to explore without the paraglider will rob you of some of the fun. Just continue the main quest line of looking for Zelda until Purah has you unlock your first tower, which will earn you both a map for the area and the paraglider.
How To Find Hateno Dye Shop
Speaking of your map, pull out your Purah Pad and try and get a pin on this exact location. It will be hard if you've never been to the East Necluda area, but a rough placement should still help you navigate. The village your looking for is called Hateno, it's a farming village that a few years ago became commercially fashion-focused. You can also find this village on the map of the emergency shelter in Central Hyrule if you'd like to use that as another comparison. East Necluda is a great distance from Central Hyrule, so be prepared for enemies who will only get tougher and tougher the closer you get to the Village.
Follow the path up to the entrance of the Village, as seen in the image. You may be stopped by a curious kid, and you'll have a farmer tending to his crops who can point you in the direction of Cece's house. Cece is in the direction of where you need to go, so the directions can still help. He'll tell you to follow the ramp up into the village.
The shop you're looking for is the Hateno Dye Shop, run by Sayge. You'll know it from the colorful vials of dye hanging above the door.
How To Customize The Paraglider
Speaking to Sayge for the first time will have him explain how the shop works. He can dye any piece of clothing you own, as well as remove the dye. He'll then comment on your paraglider, and go on to say he can customize that as well if you bring him fabric and pay 20 rupees.
So if you have fabric, you just have to pay Sayge 20 rupees, and he'll use your fabric to change how your paraglider looks. This leads to the next question.
How To Find More Fabric
Sayge is so interested in your paraglider that he'll give you a piece of fabric for free; Cece Fabric, which is modeled after her mushroom design. You'll see this design a lot, even if you don't use it to customize your paraglider, as many NPCs wear her clothing line. Sayge can also give you more fabric in exchange for you taking pictures of various creatures and monsters throughout Hyrule, ranging from Horses to Gleeoks. There are other fabrics locked only behind real-world Amiibo, but there are plenty given out as rewards for completing certain questlines. Ultimately, collecting every single fabric will take some time but will be well worth it for the near-unlimited customization possibilities.
