Players would find themselves in pursuit of Princess Zelda in the first few quests of the game, and eventually, they would have to make their way to Hyrule Castle. Link embarks on the journey to Hyrule Castle right after returning from the Great Sky Island. Find Captain Hoz In Hyrule Castle
At the start of the quest, you need to make your way towards Hyrule Castle. The Hyrule Castle is not that difficult to locate, and you should be able to spot it from far away. As you make your way through the inclined road and reach the doors of the castle, you will notice that the doors are locked, and you can't pass through. Take a right, jump across the boundary, and navigate the gate. Alternatively, you can use your Ultrahand ability to open the doors. Keep following the path ahead, and you will reach the first Gatehouse.
In order to find Captain Hoz, you need to get on the platform right above this area. You can simply climb to reach the top of the First Gatehouse or use your Ascend. You will need to get to the even higher platform, where you will spot Captain Hoz along with a few other soldiers. Interact with Captain Hoz, and he will mention that you need to head back to Purah.
Getting The Paraglider!
Head back to Lookout Landing, and you will find Purah on the balcony there. After expressing her disbelief at the situation, she will continue to talk about the Upheaval. Head to the guard nearby who is standing near the circular structure in the Lookout Landing, right around its center. Speak with him to get access to the Emergency Shelter. There are tons of things to do here, so you can take your sweet little time in this area. Interact with the NPCs and available items here to get an idea about what it has to offer.
Once you're done, head to the bed to sleep. After you wake up, go back to the Lookout Landing, and you will find Purah at the Skyview Tower. Speak with her, and you will be able to fast travel back to the Skyview Tower anytime you want. Additionally, you will also get the paraglider, and you can use it to scan the area around for the Purah Pad. After that's done, head back to Purah to complete the quest.
