Gourmets Gone Missing is a side quest in a long quest chain for the main quest: Potential Princess Sightings! To gain access to this quest, you will first need to talk to Traysi, the proprietor of the Lucky Clover Gazette located near Rito Village. She will inform Link that she's looking for clues pointing toward potential spots Zelda might be found and will offer the Froggy Amor Set as a reward. Incidentally, these locations are all stables.

Penn will inform Link that according to some "chirps and warbles" he heard, some guest gourmets are on their way to the stable to share a recipe from Princess Zelda.

The Chef from the Riverside Stable, Gotter, is eagerly waiting for them to arrive. Even camping out in the rain, looking at the river for any sign of the guests. There is a distinct possibility that the guests are not late but rather held back by something. Link's job is to investigate the crisis.

Talk to Gotter, and he will inform Link that the gourmets often come from the Owlen Bridge route and that they are led by a man named Agus.

Once you're done talking to Gotter, head towards the Owlen Bridge. This bridge is not marked on the map, but it's easy enough to find. Just follow the direction Gotter is looking toward, and you'll reach it. Cross the bridge and turn towards the location marked on the map below.

As you approach, you'll see a couple of tents and a blazing fire at the center. You'll also notice Agus slumped over by a tree near the fire. Talk to him, and he will mention Princess Zelda's recipe.

Right beside the fire pot, there is a note you can interact with containing details of the recipe. Princess Zelda's Meat and Rice Bowl requires the following ingredients: Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt.

If you don't have it, Raw Meat can be obtained by hunting any animal in the wild.

Hylian Rice can be bought by Beedle back at Riverside Stable.

Rock Salt can be obtained from ore deposits. There is also a chest in Central Hyrule that always drops Rock Salt, but you need to defeat a large camp of Bokoblins to get to it.

Once you have all the ingredients in hand, cook them in the lit pot at the campsite. You should receive the cooked Rice Bowl within seconds.

Talk to Agus and give him the cooked recipe. He will immediately get perked up and call over all his friends to taste the food. The entire group will become energized after eating the health restoring rice bowl.

Overhearing their conversation, it will become clear that the reason why this group of gourmets was sick was because they substituted the Raw Meat with Monster Parts creating an ill-conceived elixir recipe that didn't turn out right.

After they're done talking, Agus will reward you with Hylian Rice, Rock Salt, and a cooked dish. The group will leave, and Penn will arrive, asking Link whether he located the group of missing guests. Once you catch him up on what's going on, he will give you a reward and fly away.
