The children of Rito Village are in a tough situation in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, having to manage the village while the adults are scavenging for food and supplies during the terrible blizzard. They're having to run stores, cook meals, and keep everything running.
You can help them out with these tasks, luckily for them, and you can help self-proclaimed genius, Molli, to create some new weapons she thinks can be useful.
Start Molli the Fletcher’s Quest
Once you have arrived at Rito Village, you will have a short conversation with the three kids as they practice a song they are hoping will stop the blizzard. After this brief conversation, they will go off to do their own thing. You can then find Molli as you go up the stairs in the village near the top.
Talk with her, and she will say that she is in need of Ice Fruit to attach to arrows. Since she is just a kid, she is unable to go out and find the Ice Fruit herself, so she asks you to help her.
Complete Molli the Fletcher’s Quest
Now, there are actually two things that you can give her: either the Ice Fruit that she asks for or Ice Chu Chu Jelly, which will also work for her.
If you have either of these items in your inventory, she will immediately notice and ask for some. You can give them to her and go off on your merry way quickly. However, if this is not the case, then you will need to do some hunting for both of them.
Luckily, both can be found in excess out in the wild around the village. Specifically, if you continue on the quest that have you searching for Tulin, you will find both of these items on the slope that you are climbing up. There will definitely be at least one Frost Chu Chu that spawns with some other enemies, and there will be Ice Fruit littered all around the path.
Pick your poison, and once you have what Molli requires, take it back to her at Rito Village and finish the quest.
