The citizens of Hyrule are having a rough go of it in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. They are in constant fear of what the Upheaval is going to cause and are being harassed by the various monsters that wander around.
There is a Zora out there, especially, who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. His name is Bazz, and if you find him, you can help him get out of a really sticky situation.
How To Start Mired In Muck
You can find Bazz and his dire situation right by the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower. This tower is in the eastern area of the map, just north of Zora's Domain. If you start at the Lanayru Wetlands and go northeast, you will be able to climb up some cliffs and rocks to find the tower. The exact coordinates are 2857, 0582, and 0379, and that's where you will find Bazz.
He is in bad shape, having gotten stuck in the thick, brown muck that has fallen around the area, covering both him and the tower itself. He will be calling for help, and when you approach him to speak, he will ask you to get him out.
How To Complete Mired In Muck
You are not able to use a weapon on the muck, nor can you use one of your abilities to move it. Luckily, Bazz himself will give you a hint on what you can do to get rid of it: get it wet.
If you look around the immediate vicinity, you will see a plethora of green, pear-like fruit that is called Splashfruit. These fruits are full of water and are exactly what you need to clear out the muck and set Bazz free.
Collect as much of the Splashfruit as you want, and when you're ready, press R. This will have Link raise his weapon to throw, but before you release it, hit up the D-Pad to bring up your inventory. Cycle through everything in your inventory until you get to the Splashfruit and select it. This will cause Link to put his weapon away and replace it with a Splashfruit. Aim the reticle over Bazz and the muck entrapping him, and throw the fruit.
The splash of water will immediately wash the muck away, and Bazz will be able to move again. Speak with him to receive his thanks, a Zora Spear, and bring the quest to a close.
