Before you can claim this quest, you will have to have first completed the Fire Temple. This is one of the main temples featured in the game. Once you are done, head on over to Goron City in Eldin Canyon. Here, you can find and speak to Yunobo. He will tell you a riddle that you will need to solve.

The riddle is as follows: “One brother hunts what the other brother hides - two lizards fighting over what’s inside.”

After hearing this, you will be given a prompt on the screen that the side quest, The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes, is now active.

How To Find The Lizard Lakes Treasure

Look to the right of your current location on your map, and you will see Death Mountain. Look up, and you will see the words “Death Caldera.” Directly left of this text, you should see a body of water in the shape of a lizard. This is your destination. You can run on foot, taking in all the sights, or fuse together some sort of Zonai contraption to get there much faster. There is also the Sitsum Shrine on Death Mountain that you can fast-travel to if you already have it active. From this shrine, you can easily glide over to the lake.

Look in the direction the head of the lake is pointing. You will see this wall is made up of cracked rocks you can destroy. You can use bomb flowers — or a large rock fused to your sword to tear it down. Head to the far back of the cave and you will find a chest. Opening it will reward you with Vah Rudania Divine Helm, and you will complete this Side Quest.
