In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Link has to journey across Hyrule in order to save the kingdom that he loves. Along the way, he will travel to many different types of areas and obtain a ton of cool armor from these areas that he visits.
One set of armor Link can obtain is the Zora Armor set. This set allows Link to swim up waterfalls and increases his swimming speed. Overall, it is a very solid set and vital for anyone wanting to traverse the water.

How To Get Zora Armor
The Zora Armor is the easiest piece to obtain out of the whole set. Obtaining it is part of the main Zora quest line and cannot be missed. You must have it in order to journey through this specific quest line.
Once you enter into Zora's Domain, you will notice a statue covered in sludge. Using a Splash Fruit to clean it will reveal that it is a statue of Link and Sidon. Upon this happening, Sidon's fiancée will introduce herself and ask you to visit him in Mipha's Court. You will need to travel up the mountain behind the domain and speak to Sidon. From there, return to Yona, his fiancée, and she will offer the armor if you can get an Ancient Arowana.
Return to Mipha's Court and obtain the fish. You can also obtain this fish in ponds and lakes on the Sky Islands above Hyrule. Once you have done this, return to Yona, and she will give you the armor.
How To Get Zora Helm
This piece can be obtained during the quest "Clues to the Sky." (After finishing the Zora's Domain area, you can also find these via a quest given by the Zora Khira and Chroma, though that isn't required.) During this quest, you will need to shoot an arrow with the King's Mark on it through a teardrop.
Traveling to the Shrine at Mipha's Court and looking into the sky, you will notice a floating island that has a waterfall flowing from it. Use the waterfall to reach the island with your Zora Armor equipped.
Looking at the map, you'll notice the island is shaped like a fish. Travel to the other end, which is its tail.
Standing on the tail and looking down, you will see a small cave. If you go before you finish the quest "Sidon of the Zora," you will need to use Splash Fruit to clear the path. If you go via the quest given by Khira and Chroma, the land is already cleansed of the sludge.
Go inside and travel down the hallway. The Zora Helm is at the end.
How To Get Zora Greaves
You cannot obtain the Zora Greaves until after completing the quest "Sidon of the Zora." Even if you travel to the location beforehand, the water is too high to reach them.
Upon completing the quest, Yona will tell you that the Zora Greaves are yours, but she cannot give them to you as she doesn't have them. All she knows is that they are located within the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
Travel to the East Reservoir Lake and go through the whirlpool into the Ancient Zora Waterworks.
Once inside the Ancient Zora Waterworks, travel to the back left corner of the room. You should see a hole that you can glide down.
Once at the bottom, head to the back of this room, but be careful — there is a Stone Talus boss in this room.
The final piece, the Zora Greaves, is in the back of a chest.
