The Armor Of Time Set
The Armor of Time set, based on the Hero of Time, gives a base defense of 9 to the player. Each individual piece has a base defense of 3. The set can be enhanced at the 4 different Great Fairy Fountains that dot Hyrule. However, you will need to stock up on Star Fragments if you want to do that. The set cannot be dyed at the Hateno Village Dye Shop. It also does not offer any set bonuses other than allowing you to look like you're Link from Ocarina of Time. However, if you do enhance the full set to level 2, you can have the Attack Up bonus.

The Cap Of Time Location
The Cap of Time can be found in Sturnida Lavafalls. This is found directly beneath the Sturnida Basin in the Hebra region of the map. There aren't many chasms nearby. The closest chasm is Hyrule Ridge Chasm, a pretty far walk from the area. The closest Lightroot is the Nupisoyuat Lightroot, corresponding with the Tauyosipun Shrine. If you need help reaching this area, use the Zonai devices around. You can build a Hoverbike that can go anywhere.
You must have the Flamebreak set if you want to obtain this piece.
The Cap of Time can be found in a chest located on a rock formation close to a tree root.
Tunic Of Time Location
The Tunic of Time is located in Lindor Canyon Mine. This mine is located directly below Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower. The closest Lightroot would be the Nabahi-ikat Lightroot, which corresponds with the Taki-ihaban Shrine. Once again, the closest chasm is Hyrule Ridge Chasm.

The Trousers Of Time Location
The Trousers of Time are located in Gerudo Canyon Mine. This is directly below the Gerudo Summit on the surface. The closest chasm is the Gerudo Summit Chasm. The closest Lightroot is the Mustuto Lightroot, which corresponds with the Otutsum Shrine.
