While traveling around the Gerudo region of the Kingdom of Hyrule, you may come to rely heavily on elixirs, so you don't overheat in the hot sun. However, just like with all other regions of the kingdom, this region has its own special armor that can make traversing the area easy.
This armor is called the Desert Voe set. It can be found in the Kara Kara Bazar and the Gerudo Secret Club. These areas are pretty simple to get to and can help you a ton if you purchase the armor. All you need to do is bring some Rupees.
The Desert Voe Set
This is the set that goes along with the Gerudo region. It offers heat resistance as the armor set's ability. Each piece of the armor has a base defense of 3. The full set will give you a base defense of 9. You are able to dye it at the Hateno Dye Shop and upgrade it at the Great Fairy Fountains.
Headband Location
While traveling to Gerudo Town, you will more than likely come across the Kara Kara Bazar. This is on the road to the town.
One of the shops in the area has the Desert Voe Headband for sale for 450 Rupees. Purchase it and head to Gerudo Town.
Trousers & Spaulder Location
These two pieces of the set can be purchased within the Gerudo Secret Club in town. This can be a little difficult to find on your own.
Exiting the Gerudo Shelter (underneath the throne room) turn to your right. You will see a small area around here where you can jump down into the underground tunnels. (This is the same area you went into to get into the shelter.)
Once in there, you can go straight, which goes directly under the shelter, or you can turn behind you. Going behind you, you will see a small tunnel the water is flowing through. Swim through it.
On the other side, you will come to a fork in the tunnels. Take the path that leads to your right.
Down here, you will see an area where rocks are blocking. Destroy this area and you will find another rock wall. Destroy it as well.
Once you have gotten through the two rock blocks, you will find an area where there is a rock wall a little above you. Destroy that.
On the other side of those rocks, you can Ascend. This will take you into the Gerudo Secret Club.
You will find the Desert Voe Spaulder for 1,300 Rupees.
The Desert Voe Trousers are right beside that for 650 Rupees.
