To acquire the Vah Medoh divine helm, make your way to Rito Village. Once there, find the Biron Snowshelf cave. The ice covering the cave entrance needs to be melted. You can accomplish this task by either building a campfire, using a fire sword, or employing a fire shield. You can achieve fire effects thanks to the game's fusion mechanic.
