The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has some pretty cool easter eggs to remind players of the many Zelda games throughout the franchise. From pirates attacking Lurelin Village and hiding the iconic Island Lobster Shirt in a chest below their ship to the Fresh Milk in the game looking identical to the Lon Lon Ranch's Milk, there are some interesting references.

One reference fans can find to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is seen within the Desert Coliseum in The Depths. Here, Link can take on waves of Horriblins in an attempt to show off his skills. If he succeeds, he will be rewarded with Sheik's Mask.

The Desert Coliseum

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Coliseum Desert

The Desert Coliseum can be found beneath Arbiter's Grounds within The Depths. The closest Lightroot is the Kasari Lightroot, which corresponds with the Irasak Shrine. The Closest chasm is the East Gerudo Chasm. In this Coliseum, you will take on Horriblins.

Once you find the Desert Coliseum, you will be able to enter inside and head toward the chest in the center of the room. This will cause the doors to lock and the first wave of monsters to appear. You'll want to make sure you're ready before you approach the chest. You'll want plenty of arrows.

Wave 1

The first wave will consist of 3 Red Horriblins.

You will want to make sure you're knocking them off the ceiling so that you can fight them easier. This can be done by shooting an arrow at their heads.

Wave 2

This next wave will consist of 3 Blue Horriblins.

If you parry or shoot them with a bow, they will fall from the ceiling.

Wave 3

This wave consists of two Black Horriblins.

Horriblins can be stunned using counterattacks or charged attacks. Use these if you want to ensure the Horriblin stays down.

Wave 4

This wave is just one Silver Horriblin.

The Silver Horriblin is the hardest of all. Be sure that you stay out of reach of its tough and quick attacks. The best way to defeat it is by knocking it off the ceiling and attacking. If you have Tulin, make sure you use him. His arrows can knock the Horriblin down.

Wave 5

The final wave consists of 4 Horriblins, one of each color.

If you are having trouble with this last wave, try shooting a Bomb Flower in the middle of all 4 as they crawl toward you. This should take out the Red and Blue Horriblins.

Once you have cleared the final wave, you will be granted access to the chest in the center of the room.

This item only offers 2 base defense. However, this does help your stealth tremendously. Stealth can be extremely helpful when you are wanting to capture certain creatures, such as Fairies. It can also help you obtain an edge over enemies if you sneak up behind them and attack. It is made from Sheikah fabrics, just like the Stealth Set. Unfortunately, it cannot be enhanced by the Great Fairies or dyed at the Hateno Village Dye Shop.
