If you want to obtain these masks, you'll need to find Koltin and complete his quest. He can be found by the Woodland Stable for the first time. Koltin will ask Link to bring him the Bubbul Gems that drop from Bubbulfrogs so he can eat them and turn into a Satori. Bubbulfrogs can be found in all caves across Hyrule. If you need help finding caves, you can always use the Cherry Blossom Trees in the area. You can also ask Koltin if he senses any in the area you're currently in. You'll obtain these Monster Masks as you trade with Koltin. After you meet him the first time, Koltin can be found near Tarrey Town, near Death Mountain, south of Lookout Landing, East of Lake Hylia, and southeast of Snowfield Stable.

These masks are designed to look like the monsters in the game. They will allow Link to blend in with the monsters so long as he doesn't attack them. They work similarly to the Evil Spirit Armor, Yiga Clan Armor, and Majora's Mask. All of these pieces of armor also work as disguises for Link. If you want to join the party the Bokoblins and Moblins are having at a monster camp, just put on a Monster Mask and have fun!
