Kehjistan is the fourth region of Diablo 4's open world map, and like all the other regions, one of the best things you can do when you first visit Kehjistan is grabbing all the various Waypoints so that you can travel to each quest with ease. However, Kehjistan's Waypoints stand out from most regions, both in how you'll unlock them and when you'll use them.
In most regions, a lot of the main quest takes place near various Waypoints across the map. In Kehjistan, however, you'll primarily use one Waypoint, and outside that one fast travel location, there are very few to find until you beat the game. Here's the location of each Waypoint In Kehjistan, what you need to do to unlock it, and what services it'll offer once activated.
Tarsarak
Tarsarak is the first and undeniably most important Waypoint in Kehjistan. Located in the middle right of the region, this bustling desert town will serve as the closest Waypoint to nearly every main quest that happens in Kehjistan. You don't need to do anything special to unlock it, however, so run over to activate it as soon as you can.
The services in Tarsarak are decent. Containing multiple vendors, a blacksmith, and a healer, this town can serve as a decent base in between missions, which is convenient since you'll have to stop back here often throughout the fourth act. Even outside the main quests, Tarsarak is well situated on the map, offering you access to a handful of nearby dungeons.
Denshar
Denshar is one of the biggest towns in Kehjistan and only the second PvP town in the game aside from Alzuuda in the Dry Steppes. Located in the bottom middle of the map, the main draw of this town is its proximity to a PvP zone and the special services offered here.
Speaking of those services, you'll be able to upgrade, repair, and sell weapons as well as access your stash, but the main draw is of course the PvP-specific services. These special vendors will let you buy limited cosmetics and high-level gear with your Red Dust, the PvP currency of Diablo 4. Outside its appeal for PvP players, Denshar is also located quite conveniently, standing a stone's throw from a few nearby dungeons.
Gea Kul
Gea Kul is the unlikely capital city of Kehjistan located in the bottom left of the region. This gigantic port city is quite stunning, but not everyone gets to see it. It's quite easy to miss being tucked into the bottom corner, and there are no main quests that will lead you to this city. What makes it worse is that you can unlock this city at any time, but you'll never be pointed in its direction.
Gea Kul shares the same benefits that most capital cities do in Diablo 4; it has an unparalleled amount of services. You can access your stash, visit a jeweler, change aspects at an occultist, check out the curiosity vendor, and do everything else you could do in a normal town. However, it pays for this abundance by lacking in terms of location. Gea Kul is awkwardly too far from most of the nearby dungeons, often making it faster to visit other Waypoints instead.
Iron Wolves Encampment
The Iron Wolves Encampment is located in the middle left of the region, and it is the last Waypoint in the Kehjistan that you can unlock at any time. This military outpost is bristling with soldiers, but aside from aesthetics, it offers very little.
Its services are limited to a single vendor and a blacksmith, and while it is close enough to dungeons to be worth traveling to, there aren't a whole lot of reasons to choose this Waypoint in particular to reach them. This problem only gets worse as the game goes on and you unlock some of the other, nearby Waypoints.
Imperial Library
The Imperial Library is an odd Waypoint. Located in the center of Kehjistan, the entire area containing it is blocked off until you approach the end of the sixth act. You'll have to battle through the streets surrounding it to finally make it to the Waypoint located at the very back of the city.
Even once you unlock it, the only reason to travel here is to run through the nearby dungeons of which there are quite a few. There are no services to speak of, and due to to the previously locked nature of this area, it is hard to move from this Waypoint out into the rest of the map despite its central location.
Altar Of Ruin
The Altar Of Ruin is the sixth and final Waypoint in Kehjistan, and in keeping with the trend set by other regions, you'll have to clear a stronghold by the same name before unlocking this fast travel location. It's definitely worth the effort, however, as this Waypoint occupies a coveted position in the top left of the region.
To unlock this Waypoint, you'll have to storm the altar and collect keystones guarded by various cult members before entering the ritual chamber and facing a demon-summoning bishop head to head. Once unlocked, it won't offer any services, but it'll serve as a crucial fast-travel location since it sits so close to so many dungeons.
