The Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower is one of the hardest ones to solve in The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, so don't worry if you're having trouble figuring it out. It takes more than a bit of creativity and exploration. Here's everything you need to know about finding and unlocking the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower.

Finding The Tower

The Gerudo Highlands Tower location on the map.

You can find this snow-plagued tower on a plateau on the south side of the Gerudo Highlands. The whole mountain range is southwest of Hyrule Castle and north of the desert it's named after.

If you're trying to find this tower, come prepared. You'll need two levels of cold resistance to avoid taking damage in these high mountains, so you'll likely need to wear warm clothes and eat cold resistance food regularly. Also, keep in mind that you'll need to scale tall cliffs to make it to the tower. Pack stamina potions or be ready to create some flying vehicles with your Zonai Capsules.

Unlocking The Tower

Link stands in front of the Gerudo Highlands Tower Cave.

Once you've made it to the tower, you'll be met with the unfortunate news that it's been completely snowed in. The entrance is buried under way too much snow, and there's no way to dig or burn it out. That doesn't mean you're out of options, however.

Like a few other Skyview Towers, the answer lies in getting under the tower itself and using the Ascend ability in interesting ways. However, unlike other towers, the cave entrance is tucked away and is all too easy to miss.

Instead of looking for the mouth of the cave, follow the blue rabbit in the clearing nearby. Once spooked, it'll run toward the cave mouth. As an additional note, this also means that there is a Bubbulfrog in this cave if you're interested in collecting Bubbul Gems.

Once inside, you'll quickly reach a river with a few building supplies nearby. You'll need to go further down the water, so build a makeshift raft with what you have available using the Ultrahand ability. Follow the river until you find a set of scaffolding in front of a metal grate.

Link looks at the scaffolding under the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower.

This scaffolding marks the underside of the tower, with the single piece of wooden ceiling signaling the best place to use Ascend. Simply direct your raft with Ultrahand and Recall until it flows directly under this wooden ceiling and then use Ascend when the time's right. If you mess up, don't forget to go back into the ground and make whatever adjustments you need.
